Meatpacking Annual Meeting: Live Art Performance
and Custom Totes
The Meatpacking’s office space on Gansevoort Street became home to a mini-artist residency over 3 days as Marissa Kohn and I flourished, decorated, and customized over 20 original designs on “Culture on Cobblestones” totes.
Meatpacking commissioned me to hand-paint over 200 district-centric canvas totes, with assistance from talented NYC set designer Marissa Kohn.
As a live art performance on site on the High Line at Meatpacking’s Annual Meeting 2026, I was thrilled to create spontaneous, figurative illustrations on a large poster that was printed earlier this year to celebrate the Knicks’ win. The vibrant, hand-painted vignettes illustrated the district’s flair and aesthetic.
Thanks to the Meatpacking District Management Association board members' continued support and vision, I have been commissioned to create amazing work in the historic Meatpacking district over the last 8+ years.
