MORE ABOUT SUMMER IN ITHACA AND BACK
These DRAWINGS SING ABOUT creative restoration,
where the energy of waterfalls and the quietude of the evergreens provided a vital reprieve from the intense chaos of New York City.
By weaving together the rhythms of music, art-making, and environmental immersion,
I created this series to explore the very real feelings of stress relief, and the privilege of time spent enjoying lesiure and the natural world.
MAKING ART ABOUT MAKING TIME
for nourishing musical creativity, as well as meditation in nature, belied my gratitude for the safety and luxury I get to experience.
For the viewer, these pieces offer more than a scene; they are invitations to stillness,
celebrating restorative power and the personal resonance of lands steeped in stories.
