MONROWE FOR THE MET GALA

I was hired to depict Monrowe custom hats on their clients, in preparation for the Met Gala in 2025.

Stylists and designers used the illustrations I made in close collaboration with Dani Evans of Monrowe to inspire their clients and envision fully realized looks in prep for the Met Gala 2025.

I created bespoke fashion and beauty illustrations for Monrowe of Ava DuVernay, depicted wearing a custom Monrowe hat with veil along with her proposed Prada look.

Ms. DuVernay’s styling team got to see how Monrowe’s custom hat would appear on their styled look before committing to it.

I also got to work directly on top of designer Sergio Hudson's sketch for another Monrowe client’s Met Gala look. I illustrated a custom Monrowe hat with veil, directly on top of Sergio’s sketch. Clients and stylists used these to make their decisions prior to the event.
